What Does the following ultrasound Report Indicate? 

Plz sir explain to me the uterine is well opacified,uterine cavity is normal in size,shape,and outline. Both fallopian rubes ar well outlined up to their fimbrial ends and show normal diameters.free spillage of contrast medium seen bilaterally. No evidence of peritubular/paratubular collection noted

Hello

This result is a normal finding however you should consult a gynecologist to examine you closely and to see if there are other problems related to your uterine cavity even if this normal result in order to be sure everything is good.
